I have been able to clock this cpu to 5.4GHz with no issue the temp now sits at 45C at full throttle.

Anyways, tell us a little about your computer, and around what temp the CPU cores run when doing various things. but i imagine there is going to be atleast a 5c drop since just in general the pcb/ cpu will be breathing better and wont be enclosed in that heat spreader + more direct contact to the cooler. isnt atleast a 5c drop in temp i think its pointless. I prefer the heatsink case for its balance of form and function, here's a graph from Pimoroni showing that it may be enough to stop the RPi from applying CPU throttling in.
